A conference room is available for group, family and corporate events at Rancho de Caldera. It is located near the restaurant and has a sitting area, a large table with chairs, and audio/video equipment. It seats up to 40 people comfortably.

The conference room has 2 separate sections; one section has a large table for meetings (up to 12 people) and a sitting area for audio/video viewing (also suitable for up to 12 people). By removing the table and chairs, the room has space for a small podium and 40 seats. And by removing the table and chairs and rearranging the furniture, the space becomes ideal for yoga or similar activities for up to 18 people.

Adjacent to the large conference room is an open and visible kitchen, which is ideal for cooking workshops and demonstrations.

If the entire facility is booked for private or corporate events, Rancho de Caldera will serve alcohol at the restaurant provided arrangements are made in advance.
